Wind generator

Actually I've no idea whether this object serves any function (possibly for cooling the atrium) but the tower it is in creates a local climate effect in central Brussels with winds whipping all around it.

Lovers of European Commission buildings will know where this is...or perhaps not, let's just say it's one corner of a triangle of knowledge.
