Gas..Gas...Gas...!!!

Evening all

Mamma G at the Doc's, more steroids and antibiotics and a new steroid inhaler.....improvement but not out the woods yet ;0)

Quiet day otherwise.....;0)

This is Mossmorran.....From the Oilrigs offshore, gas is pumped via Aberdeen to here, Butane and Propane are then seperated and sent to Braefoot Gas Terminal on the Forth for export. Ethane is sold to Exxon next door and is converted into Ethylene then pumped to Braefoot. I worked there before moving to Oil. Always loved starting to load the Ethylene tankers. Ethylene has to kept at -114 degrees, converting gas to liquid. So when you started the loading process you could physically see the pipes freeze as it moved down the line!!!

Could film a new version of Mad Max here !!!! ;0)

Have a great evening ;0)
