Homeward bound

A view from the plane on the flight home. Why is it that the flight back always seems like much harder work than the flight out? I can highly recommend Emirates as an airline, they were excellent, even if it does mean stopping off in Dubai Airport which is a kind of space age consumerist hell hole!

I had a wonderful trip to Kerala and was in that good mental space where I had really enjoyed my holiday and was also pleased to be going back to my home and normal life again. My own bed felt very good that night!
