Our New Swimming Pool!!

The Mountain Cambridge School proudly celebrated the official opening of our swimming pool today!!! This school never fails to amaze! In the two years since the founding of the High School, adjacent to the Primary School which is only eight years older, we saw amazing improvements in the form of ten classrooms, a library, several ablusion facilities, The Gap Student Cafe, a brand new A-Level College and now this beautiful 'half Olympic' size pool! The soccer fields were upgraded and the next step is a rugby field with official goal posts, on the charts for verrrry soon! Woohoo!!

The three directors, Carolina (principal), Grant (finance) and Dalene (marketing),were dressed in formal evening wear, black dresses and collar and tie with hat for the occasion, and surprised us all by jumping into the pool, fully dressed, after the formal speeches! What a wonderful way of 'breaking the water' for future use!

A lovely 'mini gala' was held for the High School afterwards and tomorrow the Primary School's gala will be held, and after that we're closing for a short mid-term break!
