I e-mailed the company, and told them I was delighted with the speed at which they had processed the order, and it was a pity they had sent me the wrong colour.

Ten minutes later they were on the phone full of apologies, and sent me a pink suit free of charge.

Now that is customer service, and I am going to order water proofs for Mr DP from them right now..
