In order for this to work

Today I wanted to expierement with slow-shutter speeds and moving and things and I couldn't convince my little brother to let me take photos of him so I ended up doing this.
It didn't quite go as plan because I couldn't find the tripod but I ended up having fun playing with light otherwise
Im not sure what happened to my hand-blame the slow shutterspeed
