One year on

Today is a poignant day. we have put a lot of flowers over the place and there is more of a Friday relaxed atmoshpere. our CEO even popped down from Auckland for a couple of hours which was a really nice thing to do and call centre wont be taking any calls for a couple of minutes.

This duck which belongs to one of my team members has a bigger brother which was left behind in our Hereford St building after the quake so we bought him this one.
