Exercise..!

Last year I had been unwell pretty much throughout the whole year

I spent my time alternating between coughing and fever

It must have been the pressure from dissertation and final projects for graduation

So .. !

I've decided to set myself a goal and started exercising to keep fit

Exercise is a miracle medicine <--- it's a saying in Thailand

When in doubt: work out!
