Could have done with a glass after today, but resisted as not great idea before a swim. Actually, the swim had a similar result and I now feel much better for it.

Kents this weekend. Getting quite excited. I've missed not-so-sunny Gillingham. I'm sure our swimmers will do brilliantly, they've been working hard. 400 free for Chloe on Sat, then 200 free for C and J on Sunday. 'SGO guys!
