Pancake Day

We made lots of pancakes tonight for dessert, great fun! Kerr was very busy sieving the flour, cracking the egg, pouring the milk and mixing carefully.

He then waited patiently while I cooked the pancakes, then we all tucked in. They were topped with lashings of creme fraiche, maple syrup and a splash of lemon juice. Yummy!

I do feel a bit queasy now though. Just as well I stopped after pancake number 6.
