i like my pancakes with no faff and made as follows: 1. by my mum. 2. served with freshly squeezed orange juice and a bit of sugar. managed to polish of 6 or was it 5? had been waiting all day for them. day has been good. course on time management, and personal effectiveness today. all about getting priorities right! not having time is no longer an excuse!!

giving up for lent the following things....bread, chocolate, and sex, drugs and rock n' roll!
