"Is that all there is?"

I was down in Gateshead today and when raggedrascal warned me that the blinking bridge might not be cross-able due to the intricacies of bollard removal, I headed back to the station round the back of the Sage. I can't have been that way for a while since all the graffitti seem to have changed completely. Come to think of it, the last couple of times I've been that way ("Maidens Walk"!) the artists have been at work and I've had to hurry past for fear of having an asthma attack from the paint fumes!

I thought that the inscription was a song title and Mr Google didn't let me down. It's by Peggy Lee; I don't know if that's what the painter had in mind, but she's pretty damn good.
