Natures Defence

I wish I could put up this sort of defence against some of my feelings. I'm just so darn sensitive. I need a bit of robust defence!

Another lunch time blip but soon the light will be good enough for a post work blip!

I'm quite proud of my Hedge Laying skills. Although I haven't done it for a few years whenever I see them I'm always fascinated at how they work. Before I did Countryside Management I didn't even know hedges like this existing. Although I'd seen them I'd not realised they were managed by man. A bit thick really!

They are in sharp decline, farmers preferring the more convenient fencing but these hedges are great for birds to hide in. They are a really important habitat. There's even a National Hedge-laying Society who run annual competitions!

I haven't a clue what happened to yesterday's blip. Technical issues...let's hope today's goes OK
