Baking - Mark 2.

Well, some of you may remember that in June (my goodness I didn't realise it was that long ago!) I blipped a bake sale at work that I organised as fundraising for our community challenge event.

Well the time has come for our second one, Bake Sale number two is swiftly approaching! Friday to be exact.... Yet there is still so much left to do! I spent 4 hours in the kitchen this evening straight after work baking this lot.

Nearest cakes: Coconut Cookies dipped in chocolate, far left: Chocolate raisin slices, back right: Oaty Marshmallow slices and finally, far right: Fruity chewy muesli bars.

Mmmm-mmmmmmm!
