Sagrada Familia

What a great city Barcelona is! We started and ended the day at the beach. There are some very cool climbing structures there and the girls love it. They literally ran around at the beach this evening as the sun was setting, and that after walking for hours all day long. We spotted the big dipper over the Mediterranean - not something we get to see very often - and then came back to the apartment for dinner (ravioli stuffed with manchego!).

In between beach trips we walked along the Rambla, visited the Saint Joseph market, had lunch at a café outside in front of the Liceu theatre, saw Sagrada Familia from the outside, and walked up the avenida Diagonal. The line to get in to Sagrada Familia discouraged us from seeing the inside today so we're going to try to go back tomorrow, first thing in the morning.

I think we are all wishing we had more time here...
