Packaging

These are some of the bits of cardboard packaging that came with my coffee table - the textures caught my eye.

After my knees seemed ok after the walk yesterday, I thought I would test them a little further a go out for a short run tonight. It was very short - only about 15 mins and a lot of it was on grass, although it was after dark so it was lucky there weren't any great holes or dollops of dog's muck on the ground! And I did walk half of it. The knees did hurt a bit, but I'll see how they are tomorrow.

Throat feeling a bit funny tonight - hope a good night's sleep will fight off whatever is lurking.
