Postbox at Instow

After lunch we went for a lovely walk along the seafront at Instow. It was very bracing and I regretted not having a hat on but it was lovely to be outside in the fresh air! We also went down to Fremington Quay where I hoped to catch some of the waders in action as the tide came in but unfortunately the light was really bad so I'll have to try again another day. Meanwhile I took a snap of this lovely old postbox - it's set into the wall right by the beach and reminded me of sending postcards to friends and family as a child.
