Well it would be rude not to. MR Lif did mention throwing them out on Saturday when he was doing some housework. I muttered something along the lines of " I would have but I am scared to move them as the petals will all drop off" He must have decided I was right as they are still there :) Just as well really as its been a Monday, in the office and cold and windy outside.

I intend to spend the night trying to find us somewhere to stay in France near the WW2 beaches in Normandy. This is a more difficult task than you might think when you throw the two mutts in to the list of accommodation requirements. Wish me bonne chance!

ps Mr Lif has what may well be man flu. I fear he did not have his turtle neck rolled up today as he walking in the icy wind. Not a word!!!
