poised on meintjies kop in pretoria. the spot for south african government as well as offices for the president. thought the sandstone looked nice during sunset.

arrived jozi this morning after an exhausting flight down from london - sleep troubles last night due to the elevated temperature they chose to keep the plane at. have done little today but try to get used to being on the ground for longer than a few hours - enjoyed some good food and talked with a few ladies at the hotel who are here on a course for agriculture south africa or some such. sounds as though there may be karaoke in my future - hope my vocal chords (and other's ears) are ready!
