Someone VERY special

Today we spent the day with a VERY special person indeed! It was mum's friend Jo.

I have told you all about Jo before. She is amazing you know. Look at her, you wouldn't think she is going through a horrible time and has very nasty, scarey things wrong with her. She is beautiful isn't she? Almost as beautiful as me ;-)

I LOVED Jo's house, it was a cozy cottage with a gorgeous woodburner so we were all snuggly and warm. Jo has a Jack Russell called Dexter and he has a bed in the window seat which I spent a lot of time in today as Dexter was out with his daddy! I hope he doesn't mind. His bed was VERY comfy and I loved being able to look out the window!

I have behaved very, very well today (apart from the part when I tried to wrestle Jo to the floor - oops!) We went on a lovely walk and I was off my lead the WHOLE time. We did try taking some pictures of us all together but we liked this one of the 3 of us the best. This is Jo's little boy R. He is LOVELY, you know how much I love little people, they are just the right height for a good licking with my ironing board sized tongue *giggle* Lucky that R is used to doggies eh?!

Mum made Jo some cupcakes and R LOVED them. He sucked all the buttercream off the top and even breathed some up his nose! Jo had to use a cottonbud to get it out!! I was VERY jealous, I would have liked to suck buttercream up my nose too!

Mum and I love Jo very much. She is hands down the bravest person we have ever met. We can't wait to move home to be nearer and able to give her cuddles much more often.
