Beak

This is budgie called Santtu. Today it is time to shorten his beak I was told. What do you need?
Cloves, yes.
Scissors for cat nails, yes.
Bird? Well, yes there is one but seems not very keen on the operation...

First a short hunting, and I finally got Santtu out of the gage. (He is not very meek and as he was going to bite me anyway, I had to wear cloves, and it made the task very tricky...)

After some lost feathers, nerves and sweat - and we managed to struggle in cutting his beak.

Everything seems ok now: Santtu has tested his 'new' beak already - he already ate some seeds for a late dinner ;). The beak functioned just all right!
