Cracking the Spine

Nothing better than starting a new book.
Spent a voucher from Waterstones tonight, finished a book on Saturday and hate not havign another one . Normally I have a pile but have been good and finally got to the bottom of it before purchasing a new one.

Went to book my car in for its MOT tonight to be told that of 5pm tonight they were closing down. The mechanic had literally just been told 5mins before. I felt so sorry for him. I have lost a reliable garage that I have been going to for over 10yrs.
Apparently it's not due to lack of business, but a poor owner with little business skills, and has taken on too many properties with not enough money. All gone bankrupt.
