Settling in

Well I have now moved well and truly into my third year in New Zealand and consider myself more than settled in. This photo is a group of early settlers to NZ. They arrived in Nelson after an arduous journey across the oceans, fighting off death and disease along the way. When I came I travelled business class to try and make my 'two day' journey easier. I know how lucky I am, I wonder whether I would have survived as those first settlers did.
