Falcons of Bahrain

You're probably seeing a few falcons on the blips but that's because a group of us went out to the desert for a little photo session (as we try and do on Sundays). The wind was howling and there was sand everywhere but still fun. The desert campers tents look a bit worse for wear by now after a winter of camping and lots of wind. On our way home DesertCamel Leanne took us to see the Kings falcons. I'm not too sure what they do with them but there were plenty there, all on their perches, some with eye patches on. I shall have to find out a bit more on the falcon side. I can't say I like seeing birds not being able to fly though.

And now back to the drawing board as I shall have to find a blip for today and really don't feel like going out in the sandstorm!
