MUSSEL BEACH

I had a quick - and freezing - walk on the beach before going for my "healthy heart" check (it is, thanks for asking, though fewer cakes wouldn't go amiss, the extremely petite nurse implied). The birds weren't very co-operative today and I was too cold to hang about, but this is part of the reason so many of them come to the beach. I love these colours. Have a good day everyone.
