Twilight

We had a camp fire tonight and the water was so calm it made me just stop, and sit. Everything was quite but loud at the same time. There weren't people noises of the day but the flap of wings, the buzz of insects, the croak of a frog, and the cry of a distant gull. It was amazing to just sit and realize how many other things are out there, just a few inches from where you stand everyday.
