The road to ......

The first time I left the house today was at 7 pm to collect files from work. I have been either exam marking or working at the computer - this is not good especially as the sun was shining so brightly today - I won't be repeating this kind of behaviour next weekend that's for sure - lack of fresh air is not helpful.
