Canal

A bit different to the canal last Sunday. This is the same canal about a mile away from last week's shot. It's completely melted now after being frozen for about 2 weeks.

This was part of my 10 mile run home from church this morning. I'd cycled to church (only 6 miles there) and pushed myself hard but then felt it on the run. My shins were perfect but my thighs felt heavy and tired. Ran it at the pace I wanted but it should have been easy pace and was hard going. It did burn 1100 calories though.

The Lego Olympics has been played with lots again today (see yesterday's blip), Cameron and Grandad played with it all for ages including a very passionate and at times controversial football match.
