The Salander Cake
I had just published the Saturday blip at noon when our grandson awoken and asked if I could help him to bake a cake he wanted to take with him to a party that evening. As he neither smokes nor drinks, at the age of 20, you don't deny that kind of a wish and the party was a role playing game.
He went to HAGKAUP to buy some things and when he came back we sat down, look at old cake recipe from my mother and decided what to bake. I was his sous chef and sometimes an adviser.
As he had bought some red color we decided to have a red line over the cake. As I had red all Stieg Larson's books, seen all the films and TV shows on the Millenium and am a great fan - and he had seen the Hollywood version - we agreed to dedicate the cake to Lisbeth Salander and call it The Salander Cake.
This should have been yesterdays blip.
