Beach running

Oonagh very kindly carried on running while I minced about with the camera and got this blip!

We decided that today was too good a day not to take advantage and had a run along the beach. This could well be something we do a lot more because it was stunning! Softer on the knees too.

There's talk of an ironman triathlon, maybe a half ironman triathlon and all sorts of pain filled adventure races. I don't think the challenge in August will be an end to the endurance events somehow!
