Camouflage or rust??

I spotted this old truck tucked away in the hedgerow under some trees. I thought maybe once in its life it had been an army truck but now the rust seems to have taken over and camouflaged the truck in a whole new design. It looks like it hasn't turned a wheel in a very long time, such a shame, at some point I'm sure it was someone's pride and joy.
