My house and its view, Wigtownshire

Up early this morning - nice to be back in our own house. Lovely day so off up the hill behind our house. There is a 360* view from the top - you can see the sea, the Mull of Galloway (most southerly point in Scotland), Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, The Lakes (on a very clear day) and the Galloway Hills all from the one spot.

Our house is the white bit on the left of the pic. Our neighbours who have the farm across from us have lots of lovely Belted Galloway cows which are in the fields below the house.

The Alps were beautiful and the views spectacular (as many of you have commented on my Blips last week! Huge thanks by the way!!) but I so love my house and its view!
