Carnaval

If you're a Brazilian gen-exer, Carnaval might not be cool or hip, but I love it. Every year here in DC I have to find a place to go. For the past two years, it's been a little pizza restaurant that throws a party with a band. The lead singer is our model. She was not quite in tune this year, and my friends all canceled at the last minute, but I went anyway and hung out just to listen to the little carnival songs, the "marchinhas".
