Matches the weather!!!

...gloomy. A wet Sunday....I rather like them.

Mid morning we decided to phone our townie friends and invite them out for lunch, they accepted. Then a made rush to get things organised.....two chickens out of the freezer, while defrosting I made a pav roll and Doug prepared vegies for a stir fry (all out of garden) and fresh sweet corn. Its a while since we have had a roast dinner on a Sunday, but it was fun to sit around the table, enjoying each others company...we all date back to our high school days, very special.

These flowers were in a vase, too cold to hunt out a blip outside.
