This is RANDOLPH PLACE , in EDINBURGH. It is just off queensferry road,that leads to SOUTH QUEENS FERRY, where the FORTH RAIL BRIDGE stands. The dome is WEST REGISTER HOUSE that stands in CHARLOT SQUARE. A few snow fluries, that did not come to much today.
