Suits you sir

As I'm leaving Glasgow soon I think it's only right to get a photo of our most recognizable statue. The monument of the Duke of Wellington has been topped with a traffic cone off and on for decades now. Recent legend has it that the council has stopped removing the cone because of its icon status and for public safety. I may be making it up, I don't know.
