jugo de pera

Today worked on the laptop on the terrace all day and was constantly noticing how the hornets love a drop of pear juice.

The pear tree is full of pequeñas peras at the moment...(impressed with my spanglish).

We do have a slight problemo though, the tree seems to be sufferng a bit of a disease or fruit tree flu or something. Any ideas?

Not sure whether I should get the envionmently unfriendly pesticide spray out...worried my own skin may fall off in the process. Will see that status over next few days.

Another lovely day - last day with mum here tomorrow.
