Clevedon Pier

We went to Clevedon for the day to meet Colin (my brother-in-law). Clevedon is the halfway (approx.) point between Stratford and Dawlish where he lives.

It was raining when we arrived, but cleared up after lunch, resulting in some interesting cloud formations for the backdrop to the classic pier photo.

Lunch at The Moon and Sixpence was very satisfactory, washed down with a pint of Abbot. We then visited the Clevedon Community Bookshop and finally afternoon coffee at Tiffin (very busy, deservedly so as the food looked yummy).

Took photos in the rain and after, it was very difficult to pick one to publish, but we decided this sums up Clevedon.
