Samba!

It was a lovely sunny day this morning but by the time I got a couple of washing loads done and got out the door dark clouds had started forming. By the time I got up to Regent Road it had started snowing. No sooner had it started though than it was done and the sun came back out.

As I wandered through Princes Street Gardens I heard drums in the distance. Following the beat, I came out at the National Gallery to find a group from the Edinburgh Samba School hard at it. Stand out was the guy on the percussion who had completely made up his face, left side red and right side blue.
