Poisonous caterpillars.

I've blipped one of these nests before, but it looks as though the cold weather has killed the caterpillars, which is a good thing. They can kill cats or dogs and can cause a nasty rash in human beings. On our golf course the pine trees are sprayed, so the caterpillars die.
