Blipped Birders....

Here they are, caught in the act of their passion!!

We had a great adventure today - sunny blue skies and a springlike atmosphere! So we headed off after lunch, onto the Cabot Trail to show my dear friends Ivor and Lynne the drama that is this coast line! Up to Ingonish, and beyond, to find some places to experience the ocean up close and personal!!! We found that the park we had planned to do a hike on was closed and the snow was very high....so plan B!

This is taken at a wonderful outcrop of rocks, that juts right out into the ocean, it was cold, but we wandered around - and here they are.....truly dedicated to their mission of spotting some new and unseen bird! they were successful and this is Lynne and Ivor checking out the Purple Sandpipers that were apparently on the rocks close by!

Finally got home and Lynne and Ivor prepared a wonderful curry - which we ate whilst watch a old but strange movie.....Vanilla Sky....it was entertaining and a bit strange!

Time for bed!
