Loner

First full day of the holidays with our pal and her two boys. Bus from our village into The Town ie York for a look round and a visit to the Jorvik Centre (verdict - overpriced and overrated). Plenty of walking around and along the river with coffee stops for grown-ups and efficient snack management to keep all those kids full of energy.

Cooked a big roast dinner back at the house. A little bit of tiredness all round in the evening. Hard work this being a tourist business.

Music - last one up, stretched out on the sofa, headphones on, more of that new Burial EP. Today we're onto track 2.
