This is exactly how I was feeling today. I saw this grafitti on a wooden fence in the park in Liverpool.

I loved Boys from the Blackstuff (I haven't seen it since the 1980s) and Yosser Hughes was such a memorable, poignant character.
I need some of his tenacity right now as Britain returns to days of high unemployment and disillusionment.

Giz a job, I can do that.
