Welcome to the world little man.

Helloooo. Silence on Blip at my end since 4th December! Think now is as good a time as any to break my silence.
Yesterday, at 7:43pm, my 7lb 9oz nephew entered the world. So say hello to Oliver Rhys. He didn't half put up a fight though! My poor sister.
I met him today for the very first time and I am SUCH a proud aunty. He's gorgeous and scrummy and fabulous and every other wonderful adjective you could possibly think of.
He looks gorgeous in photos, but in real life...it's different gravy.

Not only was I super excited to see my gorgeous nephew, I also got to see my sister. We've not always gotten on, but since the beginning of her pregnancy, a friendship has blossomed. I'm so very VERY proud of the way she's coped with everything. Not just the labour itself, but the entire pregnancy. It really hasn't been very easy for her, but she's hardly complained at all. I saw her today, looking white as a sheet, but blimmin' fantastic, considering everything she has gone through. Watching her sit, stroking Ollie's head, with a look of pride in her eyes, I could have cried. She's come SO far.

So here's me enjoying my first cuddles with my nephew. Gorgeous little man. I miss him already <3<3<3<3
