Levain
I've come to realise that Friday is the most difficult Blip day. Work seems to always be a headlong rush to the end of the week and leaves little time for anything.
This is frequently followed by a few quick pints and some kind of unhealtthy dinner.
I got up at six to bake the bread arising for the first time from the Levain and promptly fell asleep. Luckily, all went well in the end and this traditional French (as I'm led to believe) bread is the best non-yeast success thus far. Delicious.
