Sunrise through the Seagull

I think I have blipped my stained glass seagull before but here it is again!

We had a wonderful health and fitness in-service day at school - we could choose from swimming, yoga, Zumba, Body combat, foot spa and various spa treatments and all we had to do was enjoy the day!! No learning or paperwork just a day when we were encouraged to look after ourselves! It was wonderful.

I was later going into work than usual and liked the way the early morning light shone through my seagull. I got in America and it had some cracks before it started the journey back to Scotland and got another few on the way here but it is a very treasured possession.
