Strictly comes to Glasgow

Mum and I had our annual trip to see the Strictly show.

Many good bits and a few bad bits! Worst of all was that Nancy Delwhatever her name got far more attention than she deserves. Why the producers of the show thought the audience would enjoy her talking/gibbering for 15 minutes is beyond me. She was voted last I think that says it all. .....

Apart from her the show was great.

Hey it's Friday now so this is a big backblip. Been ill all week so no exercising since last Friday but hope to get back to the swimming on Monday. And I intend to take the camera out tomorrow and try to get into the habit of taking a picture again and hope that I can manage to stay awake longer than 8pm!
