Field trip to Field

Really good day for a field trip - to a field to study soil profiles with our lecturer. Took a nice walk across the hill, past the observatory and down into a small gorge of the Braid burn.

Loved getting out into the woods - put me in a really good mood. Lucy's got a mate from back home who's up to stay for the weekend. Should be a nice busy weekend!

Unfortunately got knocked down with a headache once I was back home, so couldn't get out as much as I'd of liked.

Managed to get out of bed for Sean's sausage stew, but had to crawl back pretty quick-sharp.
