Pickled Onions

Home sweet home...

I pulled these spring onions up before we left for Aviemore. They've been growing in a pot outside the flat for the past 2 months.

Rather than let them go off I think ill pickle them - ill need to have a look round the web to see how its done.

onions + vinegar + jar = pickled onions?
