Had a grand blowy walk around some gun emplacements. I had walked around here once with someone who had been stationed here during the war but I seem to have forgotten most of what he told me about what went where.

Got up early this morning to find my normally sleepy middle child already in front of the tv ready for Tom Daley. Olympic fever has hit!
